BEEF TACOS SMOKED? DELICIOUS!

Today we extend our experiments into making a small table top cold smoker out of everyday materials and create some delicious Smoked Shredded Beef Tacos! We experience a hiccup with our tiny cold smoker experiments, but we soldier on and get those Tacos Smoked! Delicious smoked shredded beef, smoked tomatillo salsa, smoked cheeses baked to a delicious finish!
